Professional Experience

I have a wide variety of appraisal experience to include hotels/motels, apartments, warehouses, office buildings, shopping centers and with special emphasis on subdivisions.
I have specialized in litigation appraisal work and am qualified as an expert witness in all South Carolina courts, Federal court and Federal Bankruptcy court.
My consulting experience includes advising the South Carolina State Ports Authority and the Patriots Point Development Authority on asset management.
